Bring Beautiful Back/Vintage Beauty

It is Bring Beautiful Back time at Flourishes and the challenge this month is:
Vintage Beauty: What’s old is new in stamping. With lace, buttons and a beautiful stitched edge, we know card makers can create beautiful things with a vintage feel!
Oh I think this challenge was made for me. These are all things that I usually put in every card. This challenge was right up my alley.  The stamp set I used was the Butterfly and Blossoms  set.  I used this set recently, but used the larger size of the Clematis vine and pretty butterfly.
I  tried tried to grow Clematis when I lived in Iowa.  Unfortunately the deer loved it and I always found it chewed to the ground along with my Hostas.  It grows like crazy here in AL and even comes back out for a second show in the fall.  I think I will try 2 different varieties and grow them up my big arbor in the backyard.  I will take some pictures this spring when I plant them.

I used some pretty bling from Want 2 Scrap in Pink.  Love how it looks on the side of my Spellbinders frame.  Pair that with some lace, pretty buttons, some satin ribbon, and  you have Vintage Beauty.

I know most of my followers love vintage, so play along and I can't wait to see what you create.  You don't have to have Flourishes stamps to play along.

Check out the rest of the DT's stunning creations:

Beautiful card - love the soft colors!!! I love clementis also and they grow very well here in NW FL. - I have 3 arches in my backyard - 2 of the 3 are completly overgrown in the summer and the 3rd one is getting there - half that one is a new plant from seed instead of a pot so its taking awhile to catch up...
